Federal Judge: Black Lives Matter Are Above The Law – Cannot Be Arrested
Black Lives Matter cannot be prosecuted and its members cannot be arrested, a federal judge ruled on Thursday.
U.S. District Judge Brian Jackson dismissed a lawsuit by an anonymous police officer, who says he was badly injured after a Black Lives Matter activist threw a rock at him during protests in Baton Rouge last year.
According to Judge Jackson, Black Lives Matter is not an entity capable of being sued.
Wral.com reports: “Although many entities have utilized the phrase ‘black lives matter’ in their titles or business designations, ‘Black Lives Matter’ itself is not an entity of any sort,” Jackson wrote in his 24-page ruling.
