Last year, US and Canadian diplomats in Cuba were hit by a strange sickness and many suspected a malevolent sonic weapon attack.
Now, it appears to be happening again.
Only this time, it’s in China. US officials released a statement on Wednesday warning federal employees based in China to beware of any unusual sounds.
This follows an incident involving one American diplomat working at the US consulate in Guangzhou, who was diagnosed with a mild traumatic brain injury after experiencing "subtle and vague, but abnormal, sensations of sound and pressure".
The origin of the illness remains a mystery but the US embassy in China is advising employees to take precautions and consult a medical professional if symptoms or medical problems develop during a trip to China.
And if any atypical noises or sensations are detected, they ask citizens to remove themselves from the source immediately.
"While in China, if you experience any unusual acute auditory or sensory phenomena accompanied by unusual sounds or piercing noises, do not attempt to locate their source.
Is Iran hiding an ICBM test site in plain sight?

Iran might have been hiding an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile testing site in plain view, until a group of California-based experts figured it out while watching public Iranian TV and obtained new photos of the area.
The team from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey announced their findings late Wednesday in The New York Times. ICBMs could threaten Europe and the US and their findings could have a major impact on the ongoing Iran nuclear issue debate.
The Jerusalem Post communicated directly with members of the team and learned there is strong evidence that tests are now being carried out at the site near Shahrud in northeast Iran which could lead to Iran developing the ability to fire nuclear ICBMs globally. Previously, it was thought the site was either defunct or being used to test medium-range missiles.

You’re gonna love the new Starbucks!
Starbucks recently enacted its “Third Place Policy” which means employees should consider anyone who enters the establishment a customer regardless whether they make a purchase.
“We are committed to creating a culture of warmth and belonging where everyone is welcome,” Starbucks said.
Because customers who pay north of $5.00 for a fancy latte want to have a side of syringes.
Starbucks enacted this policy after they faced a huge backlash when two black men were arrested at a Philadelphia location.
This new policy is not only upsetting Starbucks employees, but paying customers as well, who are used to enjoying a pleasant atmosphere.
A Starbucks employee reportedly found syringes, drug baggies and blood all over the walls in the bathroom.

In the United States, the percentage of adults identifying as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender has increased to 4.5 percent, according to a year-long survey, which also shows that the biggest increase has been among millennials. Gallup’s daily tracking in 2017 has found that more than 11 million adults now identify as LGBT in the country, which is 4.5 percent of the population — up from 4.1

DAYS OF NOAH: Half Human-Half Chicken abomination created in lab…
May 25, 2018 | 0 |
A team of stem cell researchers has done the seemingly impossible and successfully combined artificial human cells with the embryo of a chicken in a shock new experiment aimed at trying to better understand developing life. Until now, scientists have been unable to answer how certain cells in a developing embryo decide to become muscles or limbs, while others become bones and nerves. But
now researchers led by Dr Ali Brivanlou, from Rockefeller University in New York, have achieved the unimaginable in a shock experiment. By grafting petri dish-grown human cells onto the embryo of a chicken the scientists were for the first time ever able to observe how cells organize themselves. The study was published this week in the science journal Nature where the scientists unveiled the inner machinations of so-called ‘organiser cells’.
Atheists Declare War Against the Ten Commandments in Arkansas
May 25, 2018 | 0 |
(By American History and Heritage Foundation INC) “This week, I was informed that several anti-American organizations have filed two federal lawsuits basically declaring their own war on the Arkansas Ten Commandments Monument and ACT 1231. I was proud to sponsor ACT 1231, which passed with an overwhelming majority by the Arkansas legislature and was signed into law by Gov. Asa Hutchinson in 2015,” says Sen. Jason Raport. “I am encouraged that Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge and her office are prepared to defend the people of Arkansas and the Ten Commandments Monument, which honors part of the historical and moral foundation law.
If the Ten Commandments are good enough to be displayed in the United States Supreme Court Chamber and other state capitol grounds in Texas and around our nation, then they are good enough to be displayed in Arkansas. I look forward to a vigorous defense of the law in Arkansas.” The state of Arkansas installed the second Ten Commandments Monument donated by the American History & Heritage Foundation on April 26, 2018. On April 8, 2015, the Arkansas General Assembly passed SB939—The Ten Commandments Monument Act—and Gov. Asa Hutchinson signed the bill into law becoming, ACT 1231.

An active shooter who was terrorizing an Oklahoma City restaurant and had shot two diners was stopped by an armed citizen with a pistol, according to police. Mainstream media and David Hogg have yet to report on this story, as it fails to press the right buttons in their quest for gun control. It seems they would like this story to disappear.
The shooting occurred at Louie’s Grill & Bar in Oklahoma City. According to police, the active shooter entered the restaurant and opened fire, shooting two people and firing rounds at many more before an armed man confronted and fatally shot him outside the restaurant.
“Multiple shootings reported in the area of Britton/Hefner Parkway,” tweeted Oklahoma City police. “Roads in the area have been shut down. Avoid area. More updates as available.”

During the 2016 presidential campaign, Hastings endorsed Hillary Clinton and said "Trump would destroy much of what is great about America."

Facebook used its apps to gather information about users and their friends, including some who had not signed up to the social network, reading their text messages, tracking their locations and accessing photos on their phones, a court case in California alleges.
The claims of what would amount to mass surveillance are part of a lawsuit brought against the company by the former startup Six4Three, listed in legal documents filed at the superior court in San Mateo as part of a court case that has been ongoing for more than two years.

Congo’s health ministry announced six new confirmed Ebola cases and two new suspected cases Tuesday as vaccinations entered the second day in an effort to contain the deadly virus in a city of more than 1 million.
Dozens of health workers in the northwestern provincial capital, Mbandaka, have received vaccinations amid expectations that some will be deployed to the rural epicentre of the epidemic. Front-line workers are especially at risk of contracting the virus, which spreads in contact with the bodily fluids of infected people, including the dead.
"In the next five days, 100 people must be vaccinated, including 70 health professionals," Health Minister Oly Ilunga said.
"The priority of the government is to ensure that all these brave health professionals can do their job safely."
Congo’s health ministry said there are now 28 confirmed Ebola cases, 21 probable ones and two suspected.
The six new confirmed cases were in the rural Iboko health zone, it said.
Of the confirmed Ebola cases, 14 are in Iboko, 10 are in Bikoro where the outbreak began and four are in the Wangata area of Mbandaka.

Protesters in the southern Iranian city of Kazerun represent wider percolating unrest that has continued in Iran since the large protests in December and January.
Several protesters were reportedly killed on May 16 when police used deadly force to disperse them.
Video posted online on Tuesday showed hundreds of people chanting that they would “avenge” the dead during renewed protests.
The seeds of this week’s protests lie in the mass protests that broke out in Mashhad last December.

Iranian officials on Wednesday dismissed a series of demands from US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, saying the US was afraid to face Iran in battle and vowed to push ahead with its military programs.
On Monday, Pompeo said the Trump administration was preparing to impose “the strongest sanctions in history” on Tehran after withdrawing from the Iran nuclear deal earlier this month, as he laid out a list of demands for a new treaty.
“Iranian armed forces are now, thank God, more prepared than ever and will not wait for the permission or approval of any foreign power to develop defense capabilities,” Mohammad Bagheri, the chief of staff of Iran’s armed forces, said according to Iran’s Mehr news agency, an apparent reference to their missile program.
